- Removed all existing shingles and installed new shingles.
- Replaced 28 sheets of roof decking.
- Cut stucco approximately four inches above the roof at three dormers to access and replace flashing.
- Replaced chimney flashing and installed a new skylight.
- Installed synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water membrane in the valleys.
- Installed new roof boots, drip edge, and ridge vent.
